Each guest room has an individual climate control unit on the wall for your comfort and convenience.  Interfaced with the hotel property management system, heating and cooling will only take place after you check-in to your room. Motion sensors are also placed in your guestroom to eliminate energy use when movement is not present.

Reception is happy to provide “survival amenities” in the event your luggage has been delayed.

Dry cleaning and laundry services are available Monday through Saturday (except holidays).  Laundry bags and tickets are in your guestroom closet. Please complete the ticket in full and place in the laundry bag. Dry cleaning and laundry is sent out by 8:30 am, and returned by 6:00 pm the same day, delivered to your guestroom closet. The charge will be added to your room bill. You may either turn in your dry cleaning or laundry to Reception, or call the Hotel Operator to schedule a pickup.

The Martin Chavez Library is located on the ground floor of the hotel. Books, magazines, newspapers, and other reading materials are available for guest use while in the Library.

Items left in any public area of the hotel are turned in to security.

Mail drop is available at Reception. Each guestroom telephone has voicemail capabilities, and a message waiting signal: if the light is blinking, please access the voicemail system for your message.

Andaluz can accommodate groups of up to 600 people. Our Sales and Catering Departments are ready to assist you in planning your meeting.

Mail drop off is outside of Reception. The U.S. Post Office is located adjacent to the hotel in the Plaza Galeria. Hours are 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday – Friday
